What payment methods do you accept?

 

At this time, we accept PayPal , as well as all major credit cards (such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).

 

 

Do you have any physical shop locations?

 

No, we do not. We are only an online store.

 

 

What are your shop hours?

 

Currently, we are open from Mondays to Fridays from 9:00AM to 7:00PM, and Saturdays from 9:00AM to 2:00PM Eastern time zone. We are closed on Sundays for restock. Holiday hours may vary. Please send us an email for more information.

 

 

What is your return or exchange policy?

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. We do, however, accept returns and exchanges for damaged product add-ons such within 7 days of purchase. We strive to deliver excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly to resolve any issues.

 

 

What is your delivery frame?

 

 All order's will be shipped through United States Postal Service. Delivery time depends on your state which your purchase would be delivered to.
